Can I get admission in NIT, IIIT or any central government college for B.Tech in CS or ECE? I have got 21500 JEE Mains rank.

You can get admission in the central government college with this score, but you can't get admission in the CSE branch you can only get the ECE branch at this rank.

If you belong to SC category, then you can consider any NIT or IIIT. In any lower NITs, you can easily get CS.
