Can I get admission in NIT Kurukshetra for computer science engineering with a JEE Mains score between 140-150?

I am expecting 85% marks in class 12th.

    Yes, you may get in. Just wait till last round of counselling. As government said that this year no seat remains vacant in Josaa counselling.
