Can I get admission in NIT, Kurukshetra for E&C branch with 130 marks in JEE Mains? I belong to OBC category & am from Haryana.

Yes, sure. You hold great chances for that. Well i can share my personal experience here. During my 12th passing year I scored 126 marks in JEE and I got E&C in NIT KUK under OBC and home state quota that very year. Although I dropped that opportunity for some better options.
So, the thing is that you hold chances for your desired college if you have a fair enough 12th percentage.
