Can I get admission in NIT or IIT if I score good marks in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced?

I scored 60 percent marks in my class 12 board exams. I am dropping this year for my preparations.

    candidate must have 75% or above or in top 20percentile to be eligible.

    yupp u can because from next year mains will not include 12th marka but at iits may be cutoff will be 75petcent for 12th board
