Can I get admission in NIT, Raipur or NIT, Nagpur?

My JEE Mains rank is 65022 and my OBC category rank is 17880.

You should focus on the counselling process. You can try to join Nagpur instead of Raipur because NIT - Nagpur is far better than Raipur.
