Can I get admission in NIT, Warangal for ECE with 13000 AIR and 2876 OBC category rank in JEE Mains?

No, it's not possible. Try for other NITs. To know the opening and closing ranks of JEE Mains, follow the link josaa.nic.in -

Your chances are less but you can wait till spot round. According to last year cutoff for other state OBC category was around 1200 OBC rank. You may try other NITs for the same branch.
