Can I get admission in NIT Warangal, Rourkela or any other NIT in round 1 for mechanical branch with 82 marks in JEE mains?

I scored 74% in class 12th and I belong to SC category.

The score is good in your category. You may expect NITs and IIITs. Just go through the expected cutoffs. Hope this helps

Hi there! Based on the information provided by you, I think it'll be difficult for you to make it in round 1 but you have good chances of making it in later rounds. Secondly, I am assuming that your board marks are of CBSE. If your board marks are of any state board, it'll help you. Also, if you belong to the home state(the state from which you gave your 12th exam), you will have the advantage of the reserved 50% quota for the home state. For instance, if you gave your 12th exam from Odisha State(any board), you get home state quota for NIT Roukela.
