Can I get admission in NIT with 48K rank in JEE Mains?
I belong to the OBC category. My domicile is Karnataka.

You can get NIT but of a very lower rank. The more you compromise with the college rank, the better your stream will be and vice-versa. Some recommendations are NIT-Silchar, Manipur, Pondicherry, etc. -

6 years agoConsidering that you are from general category (as your category is not mentioned), you can get the good branches in some newer NITs such as NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Raipur, etc. and could get mining or ceramic engineering in old NITs such as NIT Nagpur and NIT Rourkela. All the best.
