Can I get admission in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs with 299984 CRL rank and 16142 SC category rank in JEE Mains?

I have got 43992 RANK but I can't find any NITs according to previous year's cut-off. Is it wise to participate in JOSAA counseling 2017.

No, you won't get. try in Tezpur University(NEC quota)/NEHU/DUIET.
