    No, as the admissions in NSEC are through JOSAA counselling and you don't stand eligible for it as you have not given JEE Mains. You should now left to go for private universities having their own entrance exams.

    Yes definitely you can get admission in biomedical engineering whether you have appeared in JEE Mains or not. The minimum qualification required for applying in a B.Tech course is 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognized board. The students should study mathematics with physics and chemistry in their 10+2.
