Can I get admission in other faculties like arts as I got a below cut-off score in B.Sc in biology?

Yes, you can take admission in arts side subjects/course. government colleges pass cut off which is kept higher always. You can also look private Colleges, they do not have cut offs but there is eligibility criteria usually 60%.
You can choose any college (private/government) for starting your graduation.
