Can I get admission in Parul University for B.Tech in CSE with more than 90% with 99 percentile and also a score of 100 in GUJCET?

I haven't appeared in JEE.

You should not go to Parul University because you are eligible to get better colleges with these marks than Parul University. You should go for DDIT, BVM, Nirma, LD or GCET.
