Can I get admission in PGDM or Masters program abroad? Which country should I opt to pursue my post-graduation?
I have scored 46 percent in B.Com (Hons). I completed my graduation from SOL Delhi University.

As your percentage is low it is difficult for you to get admission Abroad. You can take up one year pre masters program and the proceed further studies. Even Singapore and UK many colleges offering this.
It is not that high percentage students do well Abroad. In my experience many high percentage
