Hello,
With only 47% it's almost impossible to pursue PGDM/MBA from a good college across India since 50% of marks in graduation is the minimum criterion.

You may get admission in average level school, but being B.Com if taking core finance job profile, it is good to have 55-60% as maximum MNC's demand, but you can go for financial product sales profile. Here, % is not an obstacle in general, check this directly with the placement officer

Yes, you can get admission in PGDM provided that you do well in any of the management entrance exams also in GD/PI. Start preparing for the exams soon.
