Can I get admission in PICT College or Singhad (Vadagaon) College for 2nd year of CS engineering through management quota?

Both the colleges are very good. I think you are asking for lateral entry. I don't think they have the lateral entry scheme. However, please contact Sinhgad, Vadgoan. From the last year, they have quit MHT-CET set-up as they have got the status of a deemed university.
