Can I get admission in Polytechnic overseas without IELTS/ TOEFL? If so, please suggest me colleges/universities for the same.
With 56.33% at Higher Secondary Diploma I am looking forward to Diploma/polytechnic abroad. Am I eligible for the same? If yes, please suggest country/colleges where IELTS/TOEFL/ or allied are exempted / or not considered ?
