Can I get admission in proper NIT or government college for architecture belonging to oc and other state category.

It is not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs, as there are only 9 NITs where the seats are less than 600 in total. And even most of the government colleges have different opening ranks which you have to refer depending upon your choice.
