Can I get admission in PU, Chandigarh for BE?

I have cleared the PUCET 2018 cutoff and the percentile is 67. 294 and expecting 90+ in +2 with 95+ in PCM but my JEE Mains rank is 257953 and couldn't clear the cutoff. Is my admission possible?
