Can I get admission in PUMBA for MBA on the basis of May MAT? My score in MAT is 581.5 & 63.88 percentile. Please tell the process to apply.

Hi Sujeet, getting admission into PUMBA is difficult. Kindly try for MIT or Indira.

Hi Sujeet, Congratulations on your performance. The cutoff of DMS Pumba is 99.6 percentile for AI seat. MAT cut-off will be higher than your score. I wish you all the best. Keep trying. Best regards.

Okay, Sir. Can you suggest some other reputed colleges for MBA that accept this score and where the admission is open?

Well Sujeet sorry to say that but at this percentile you will not get PUMBA. For PUMBA you will need around 98 to 99 percentile in this exam.

Yes, MAT score valid for MAH CET counselling for MBA/MMS. Candidates can apply for admission to Maharashtra MBA colleges by registering for the CAP round under non-MAH CET category. MAH CET CAP is conducted in July-August, every year.

MAT cut off is not the only criteria for MBA admission. Candidates have to appear for Personal Interview and Group Discussion conducted by the institutes for final selection. Those who do not clear this round are not selected for admission.

MAT exam duration is 120 minutes or 2 hours. Candidates have to solve 150 questions in the given time limit. There is no sectional time limit in MAT.

MAT exam is held multiple times in a year. There are four MAT phases- February, May, August and December. In each of these months, the exam is conducted at least twice – 1 PBT and 1 CBT.
