Can I get admission in PUMBA to pursue MBA on the basis of February MAT 2016 results? Do I need to appear for MAT 2017?

You can get admission through MAT. Please visit the DTE website www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in for detailed information about admission process.

The scores of MAT are valid only for a year, so take decision and essential steps quickly.

MAT is conducted by AIMA 4 times a year i.e. in the month of May, September, December and February. As a general practice, MAT scores are valid for 1 year for most management institutes.

The application process will start some time around March and will close some time in June. The program is of 22 months consisting of 6 trimesters. You can visit their website and check with them on the admission schedule.

Latest score if there is any will be accepted for admission. Otherwise, last year scores will also work.

MAT exam duration is 120 minutes or 2 hours. Candidates have to solve 150 questions in the given time limit. There is no sectional time limit in MAT.

MAT exam is held multiple times in a year. There are four MAT phases- February, May, August and December. In each of these months, the exam is conducted at least twice – 1 PBT and 1 CBT.
