89%ile is a good score. Yes, you should mention PUMBA in first rounds itself. There are a lot of chances for you to get a seat in PUMBA.

Tha cut-off for PUMBA is 94%ile and for Indira, it is 84%ile. Should I fill the PUMBA or Indira as my first choice in the CAP rounds?
