To get admission in Engineering, one needs minimum 50% in PCM in class 12th. And, you have a good rank in JEE also. So you can get it. All the best.

You have good rank in JEE Mains, so you can get admission in PEC, even you have less percentage.

You may sit for JAC Counselling, as it is required to have 75 percent for general category in class 12th.
