Can I get admission in Punjab university for B.Tech in computer Science. I got 78 percent in class 12.

Hi Prerna, as per your scores in 12th board exams, you are eligible for Punjab University. As the cutoff for general candidates goes high every year, so getting CSE will be difficult. Also, it depends on the marks of the entrance exam. Along with CSE, you should also select other branches like IT, electronics engineering, electrical engineering. It will increase your chances of getting a seat in this college.

I am assuming you to be of general category and you have not given any state or all India level entrance examination like JEE then I am afraid that you will not get CS branch in this college as competition for computer science branch is really high everywhere.
