I am the student of BA and now I am in 6th semester. I am doing BA from PG Government Girls College Chandigarh. I have to reappear in 5th semester.

Yes, you can get the admission in Panjab University in B.Ed or M.A course.
The eligibility criteria for the M.A courses is Bachelor's Degree obtaining at least 45% marks in the subject of Postgraduate course or 45% marks in aggregate B.A./B.Sc.
The eligibility criteria for the B.Ed is atleast 50% marks in your Bachelor's degree in respective undergraduate subjects.
