    However, neither does Rajiv Gandhi National Law University, Patiala, admit students purely based on their 12th board results from ISC or whatever other boards. To be able to join the BA LLB (Hons.) Program, a candidate must sit for the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) and satisfy the cutoff according to his or her performance in the entrance test. The minimum eligibility criteria are having passed the 12th examination with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
