RTMNU or Nagpur university accepts the following exams with minimum percentage:

Exams considered to be eligible	Minimum cut-off %
CBSE (10+2) exam	45%
Maharashtra HSC (higher secondary school certificate)	45%

So yes!, though you are eligible for admission, it also depends on how many students apply for this course. If more students above 90% apply then the cut-off will be high, as there are limited seats in each college.
