Can I get admission in RCOEM, Nagpur for ECE branch? I have scored 127/200 in MHT-CET 2018 (non Maharashtra).

The last year cutoff for management was somewhere 146 for CSE. You can get through Management in mechanical, chemical or Civil or EEE. For general CSE, it was 160 though it slipped to 126 for CSE in 5th round. So, don't lose hope as you are likely to get ECE if the cutoff still dropped which has around 90% chances as every year.
