    Yes, 60 percentage is not a bad score and you can get admission for a regulate course.

    Well, you can get admission and 60% is not a bad score so don't worry about that and just concentrate on your studies. Start preparing for the entrance exams.

    Doesn't matter.
    Now, every colleges giving admissions on Entrance exams.
    So, your 12th percentage doesn't matter.

    It is more important that you must have got aggregate of 60 percent in PCM/PCB and 60% in total.
