    Hello Adhithyan,
As per the website of SASTRA, admissions are based only on marks obtained in 12th. The university will normalise the marks and then make merit list. Based on this merit list, admissions will be given. Some websites are telling that some seats are reserved for JEE Mains applicants but SASTRA website does not mention this. I would be happy to receive your input in this issue. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this. https://www.sastra.edu/17-academics/20-eligibility-admission-procedure.html
    Best wishes to you.

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. You will get a NIT or good college if you belong to a SC, st category. Please try JoSAA app on play store, and use it's college cutoff and college prediction.

At these marks there is no chance to get admission in any government college like NIT or Gfit At these marks your general rank will be upto near 4lakh and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in government college but I will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India if you given the paper of JEE Mains and secured rank upto 5lakh and 12th percentage is good then you can take admission in any government college by state counselling hope you understand
