    Hi Vishnu,
    70% of the total seats in SASTRA are filled on the basis of JEE marks and remaining 30% seats are filled on merit basis, merit made on normalized score in reference to topper of the board.
    Some private universities also like Lovely, Amity, Sharda, etc also offer admission on the basis of JEE score as well as marks in 12th or on basis of their own tests.
