Hello Rasika, you have really good chances to get chemical engineering at SASTRA University with a score of 95% in board exams. and your score in JEE helps you to increase the chances for admission that is you can apply through stream 1 which includes JEE main scores and board exam marks.
there is no need to apply separately for stream 2 . if you don't get a seat in stream 1 you can surely get a seat in stream 2.
