I hope your AIR is 1209, which really good. As I said your marks have lead you to a good rank. You may have got the counselling on day 1 or 2 (19&20) I think. This means, there will be high chances to get a course that you wish like CSE, EEE, ECE, etc. Yes, as you have been called earlier, you can get the course you want, provided there is a vacancy. So you need to keep all the documents ready and attend the counselling.
