Can I get admission in Seneca College, Canada? I have scored 68% in 12th (medical+maths) and 6.5 overall bands in IELTS.

6.5 is good but they also check for individual band (LRWS) minimum band. If you full fill their criteria, then definitely, you will get.

6.5, no less than 6 bands (speaking-6, writing-6.5, reading-6, listening-6.5). I want to study undergraduate advanced Diploma.

It seems that you meet those, but we can't tell you if you will get admission since it is a decision to be taken by them.
