Can I get admission in SGSITS Indore? I have got 89.2% in class 12th from CBSE board and 113 marks in JEE mains.

Admissions in Madhya Pradesh are based on the JEE Mains score and you have scored low marks. SGSITS is a premier institute of Madhya Pradesh and hence I feel you have only slim chances of getting admission in it.
