General students need 45-50k rank, OBC candidates need 60-65k and ST/SC students need 1-1.3 lac.

Well, it depends on many factor. The first one is category. Normally, closing rank for good branches is 40000 to 50000 for general category. Only if you belong to SC/ST category. In MP, after NIT, Bhopal, every JEE topper opts for SGSITS, Indore. If you go by the cut-off scenario, then for general category, your AIR must be under 40,000 for core branches. Even for IP and biomedical engineering, your AIR must be under 80,000. You can try
