SIESCOMS being a 20 year old institute all specializations are good as far as teaching and placements are concerned. Considering your score i suggest you sign up for the PGDM course ( details link - http://www.siescoms.edu/ ) Prepare well for your GDPI and if your perform and score well in your GDPI
