Yeah that's good score you may convert in CAP round two most probably seeing last year trends with this score. ILS SEATS are institute level seats ( 24 ) seats, the admission is fully on merit basis and the fees is the same. You have to apply separately from college by filling up a form and forms will come out during first CAP round. All the best -
