I am currently in my third year of B.Tech in CSE. My profile is as follows: 10th: 9.5 CGPA, 12th 91%, B.Tech: 9.1 CGPAm, GRE 326 and TOEFL: 104. 3 internships (digital marketing, web development and research internship) 1 publication in a journal.

There are high chances of admission based on your profile. I will also suggest you to apply in some more top ranking universities such as McGill, UBC, and Calgary etc. Start early for better chances.
