Can I get admission in Sir JJ Thomson College in Mumbai as I got 92 marks in NATA phase 1 and 96.45 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2?

Most probably yes. Your 12th marks and NATA /JEE Main scores are very good enough for getting Sir JJ COA. So you can be hopeful.
