JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs.     First of all JJ College of Architecture offers admission on the basis of NATA score and students with a score between 130-140 also fail to get a seat there.
    You may try for the JoSSA counselling as you may get any NIT.
