Can I get admission in SRM (main campus) to pursue civil engineering with 43988 rank in SRMJEEE?

It is quite tough as your rank is less. It is not possible to get KTR campus, you must try for any other campus where you can surely get admission in civil engineering. All the best.

I am not getting any branch except CS in main campus.

Yes, SRMJEEE is easier than JEE Mains. The difficulty level of SRMJEEE is similar to class 11 and 12 board exams or a little tough than boards but is definitely lower than JEE.

Candidates can retrieve their SRMJEEE PG password online by clicking on "forgot password" option. After clicking on that, enter registered email ID to retrieve password. 

Candidates can check their SRMJEEE PG exam result for phase 1 on its official website. The dates will be notified to the students. To access result link, students need to provide their application number and password on login page.
