Can I get admission in SY B.Sc in maths after doing FY B.Sc IT in open university?

I've completed my HSC in 2013 and FY B.Sc IT in 2014.

No, this option is not available in any university.

Actually, I did the first year in regular. Now, I want to complete it with an open university.
