Can I get admission in Technical University Ingolstadt for MS in automotive production or international automative engineering?
My CGPA in B.Tech is 6.8. I have scored 315 marks in GRE and 7.5 band in IELTS.

It is difficult to say since your B.Tech percentile is very low for a German institute. Also, GRE is not required so weightage may not be given. If your SOP and LORs are outstanding you may stand a chance. A very good research profile, publications, patent work, etc. must be demonstrated.

I should get some university, right? I may not get the top-ranked universities in Germany, but TUI is not top ranked as per my knowledge.
