Can I get admission in Technical University of Munich for B.Tech in civil engineering after completing Diploma in civil engineering.

Hi Rakesh,
Unfortunately, Diplomas are not considered equivalent to high school qualification in Germany and not accepted as a qualifier to Bachelor's degree. You can enrol in B.Tech program in India and complete the first year with very good percentile and thereafter you can apply to German universities. Overall, you will require an outstanding academic record.
