Can I get admission in Thapar for CSE? I have scored 85% in my class 12th and I expect above 90 in JEE main.

See you have good percentage in 12th. It will not help you much.
In order to know whether you will be able to get the branch or not it would be better if you'll calculate and let me know your rank through Mains calculator. Then only i'l be able to help you out in a much better way.
