Can I get admission in the 2nd or 3rd year of BBA through lateral entry after completing Diploma in business management?
I have 3 years of work experience in luxury retail field. I am an engineering dropout.

No, you cannot have such chances. You need to go directly from the first year and then you can complete BBA which is recommended and apt for you.
