    For some college, it is possible to do. You have to ask the authority of your college to provide with the No Objection Certificate (NOC), and then you may apply to another college of your choice.

    The possibilities are very less because it depends on the college authority and they should declare the No Objection Certificate until that its not possible in few colleges.

    It won't be easy to change your college after completing your first year of college. They may consider the transfer cases, otherwise not. You can simply call the management team of the college about accurate information, which you will get from the website of the college.

    Yes, some colleges offer credit transfer admission system, but for that you need an NOC from your previous college and then only you can apply for it.
