Can I get admission in the best college for post-graduate studies in Canada?

I got 6 band overall in IELTS (L,R-5.5 & W,S-6) and my percentage in B.Sc (non-medical) is approximately 77 & in 10+2, I got 76.4% in CBSE with 72% in English and in 10th class, I got 85.3% with 82% in English.
