Can I get admission in the second year of M.Com if I fail to complete the first year?
I have completed B.Com but I failed in the first year of M.Com.

Dear,
You have to re appear for M.com part 1 to get admission in part 2. And as per UGC norms, students needs to clear the first level to appear for 2 level.
