Can I get admission in the SVP or Non- SVP colleges in Canada with 5.5 band in IELTS?
I scored 62 percent marks in class 12th.

You need 6 bands with no less than 5.5 after class 12th to study in Canada. To be very honest, even if you get an offer letter from college or university, still visa officer will not grant visa because of low score in IELTS.
